How does the pre-order payment work?

Full payment is required at checkout to secure your Christmas pre-order. You can pay securely using any of the payment methods available at checkout.

When will pre-orders open for Christmas 2026?

Christmas 2026 pre-orders are now open. Availability is limited, so we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred hamper.

How do I know my hamper is secured?

Your order is secured once full payment has been successfully completed and you receive your order confirmation.

Which collections are available for pre-order?

All eight ANOLA Christmas hampers are available for pre-order across our For Her, For Him, Kids and Family collections, with both Standard and Premium options.

What are the key cut-off dates to keep in mind?
The final pre-order cut-off date, balance payment deadline, and Christmas collection or dispatch dates will be confirmed closer to our launch. All orders remain subject to availability.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact ANOLA as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

What updates will I receive before Christmas?

You’ll receive an order confirmation after completing your pre-order. We’ll also keep you updated as your hamper is prepared and let you know once it has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

What is the cancellation policy for pre-orders?

If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact ANOLA as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before dispatch may be possible, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
